Doug Sanderson of Oneonta signs paperwork during a meeting on Saturday, Feb. 20 committing himself to play with the New York Stallions Football team this summer. The Stallions announced at the meeting that they will be playing in the Empire Football League this year and league commissioner Dave Burch of Endicott, stopped by the meeting to answer questions from the players.
