Jim Mullen, of Franklin, conducts the Catskill Symphony Orchestra in a Sousa march with obvious delight after receiving the largest number of votes (donations in his name) at the Cabaret Night conductor contest on Saturday, March 13. The 700-plus members of the audience raised a total of over $14,000 for the operating fund of the CSO. Other candidates were Doug Decker, Sam Goodyear and Mike Levenstein.
