Glimmerglass University convened for a second year Saturday, March 6, and a full day of classes at The Otesaga, to benefit the Cooperstown Food Bank.  Participants included, from left, Albany Times Union Editor Rex Smith; Marianne Rae, Glimmerglass U staff; GU Chairman and Founder Frank Harte, M.D.; Michael Fosberg writer, actor, teacher from Chicago; Audrey Murray, Food Bank co-director, and Jeff Murray, M.D., Glimmerglass U staff.  Attendees listened to talks ranging from “Is our Recession Lifting?” to “Role of Women in Contemporary India” and “Sustaining Ethical Journalism in Challenging Times.”
