LETTER: Cross-Partisan Endorsement Thrills

To the Editor:
It thrills me that our Republican Mayor Carol Waller endorses Democrat Trustee Jeff Katz for mayor.  Why would she do this except that she has the best for her beloved Village of Cooperstown in mind.  Having heard about “trickle-down effect” by politicians over the past several years, would that this unbiased endorsement and working together would “trickle up” to our state and national government for the betterment of  our country.
