HALL GONE:  The National Soccer Hall of Fame announced it has donated its 62-acre campus to the Otsego County Development Corp., ending a 30-year undertaking.  (Related editorial, see A-4)

RAFFLE WINNER:  Stephen Pond won $560 in the 50/50 raffle in the 44th annual Cooperstown Winter Carnival, the committee announced.

ICY JUMP: The Annual Goodyear Lake Polar Bear Jump begins at 12:30 p.m Sunday, Feb. 21 on the lake’s east shore. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.
