BOCES HONOREES:  Richard Bartlett III and Kyle Manley, both of Milford, are on the honor roll at the Otsego Area Occupational Center, Milford, for the fall semester.
LEADER AWARD:  Pamela Hernandez, Hartwick, eceived the Competent Leader Award from Toastmasters International.  She works at Golden Artist Colors, New Berlin.
