Lady Ostapeck blows out the candle on her cake at a party celebrating her 92nd birthday Wednesday, Feb. 24, at the Fly Creek Historical Society’s monthly meeting. The evening also featured a screening on a new film about the noted photographer, “Lady,” by Image Quilt Productions. After 50 years residing on Fly Creek Valley Road, Lady moved to Nader Towers in Oneonta last year.
