Petrosky Will Join Hawkeyes

COOPERSTOWN

Frank Petrosky, CCS ’07, will be returning to Cooperstown this summer to play in Doubleday Field for the Hawkeyes, the village’s new New York College Baseball League franchise.
Petrosky, a star short-stop on the CCS team that won a sectional championship, played for UVM until it eliminated its team, and is now a junior at Tufts.

A LEAGUE OF ... The National Baseball Hall of Fame will host four veterans of the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League Saturday, March 27.

CCS 12th grader Hannah Scrafford’s self-portrait is one of the standout offerings at “An Artistic Discovery,” the Congressional Art Competition for Otsego County High School students at the Cooperstown Art Association  until March 26.
